Just got back from a wild weekend in Toronto. I played a few shows in the Toronto area. Had a great time playing with Peter Elkas at Centre in the Square in Kitchener. Also played a cool festival in Ayton, Ontario with the band, which was great.

The other remaining hours of my weekend were spent rocking the trumpet with Classified. On Sunday night, I played trumpet as part of his horn section on the Much Music Video Awards.

Hi everyone,
Well, the Classified show was definitely worth getting super pumped for. It was awesome.  The whole show was super well put together and to top it all off as a special guest, Maestro (or Maestro Fresh Wes to me) ripped it up! Unreal. He even came back at the end of the show and played what I recently listed in my top ten Canadian songs of all time, Let Your Backbone Slide.  A career highlight no doubt.

Hi folks,
Sorry I’m a bit late on this one.  I’ve been deep in the world of Garage Band (the recording program on Mac computers).  I just discovered it this week and it has completely taken over.  Super fun.  Making some pretty wild versions of my new tunes.  Heck, I may even use of them on my new record if I’m feeling dangerous. Anyway, things have been great this week. I’m still playing trumpet lots more than usual lately,
